Sebastian has almost 15 years’ experience as a business manager and has worked on behalf of companies like E.ON, LichtBlick and the Vaillant Group, setting in motion strategic projects, transformations and new digital business models. He knows which people companies need to enable themselves to develop further and what hurdles need to be overcome during the course of digitalisation. He believes a company needs a vision for the future, a good strategy for implementation and - most importantly - the right people who embody an appropriate corporate culture.
